Biography

Jessica is a passionate User Experience Designer who crafts insight-driven, human-centered experiences that meet both user and organizational needs. With over 17 years of expertise, she has developed engaging website experiences and innovative digital campaigns. At Crosby, Jessica champions the importance of understanding and empathizing with the user’s perspective to address the unique needs of individuals interacting with digital products and services. Her use of user research, journey mapping, and usability testing have consistently driven product improvements, resulting in higher user satisfaction and increased ROI for clients. She has created impactful digital experiences for the Peace Corps, Shriners Children’s, USAA Educational Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, USDA, The US Preventive Services Task Force, Exelon, Hershey, and Hilton. Jessica received a B.A. in Visual Communications and Graphic Design from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
