She leads a team of strategists supporting clients in the Home Services, Education, FinTech, Retail, Healthcare, and Hospitality industries. Anne Austin’s approach to SEO increases client visibility on search engines and enhances engagement on platforms where their customers are most active. With over a decade of experience, including leadership roles at Merkle and Capital One, Anne Austin combines technical SEO expertise with a deep understanding of audience engagement to drive meaningful growth in traffic and revenue for Silverback’s clients.

Anne Austin is a graduate of The University of Virginia (BS ’16, MS ’20). When she is not helping clients achieve new heights with their revenue targets, Anne Austin enjoys spending time with her kids, rooting on her alma mater (Go Hoos!), and staying up to date on the latest Formula1 action.
