Bart Myers

Bart Myers is CEO at Capitol Influence, a non-partisan media network that pairs Capitol Outdoor’s out-of-home locations with a network of digital publishers. He has spent more than 25 years building technology companies at the intersection of media, civic engagement, and social impact.

Bart has founded six startups, raised more than $20 million, acquired three companies, and seen five exits. His companies include Countable (acquired by EV3 in 2024), SideReel (acquired by Rovi in 2011), All Media Group (acquired in 2013). He also advises and invests in early-stage companies, volunteers with and serves on the boards of several nonprofits, and is working on new tools for digital democracy in the US and abroad.

Bart began his career in IBM’s Global Services Group. He holds a degree in International Studies and Political Science from The Evergreen State College, where he also serves as an advisor.
