Biography
Becca Bycott is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the Public Affairs Council, where she serves on the senior leadership team and leads the Council’s membership growth, sponsorship, business development, and strategic partnership efforts. A relationship management and strategic communications leader, she has collaborated with senior executives across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to build trusted relationships, strengthen thought leadership, grow communities, and create partnerships and programs that advance organizational goals.
Previously, Becca directed partnership strategy and donor engagement at the Milken Institute and served as Senior Director of Thought Leadership at FiscalNote, where she led the FiscalNote Executive Institute. Under her leadership, the Institute grew into an international, award-winning community of more than 1,300 executives, convening leaders across industries for candid conversations on public affairs, geopolitical risk, AI, sustainability, and other emerging issues. Earlier in her career, she held roles in strategic communications and public affairs at the U.S. Department of State, higher education, and the arts.
Becca is also an experienced moderator and facilitator who enjoys bringing together leaders with different perspectives for thoughtful conversations about issues shaping organizations and society. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in American Studies from the University of Kansas.
