John Sherman

John Sherman is the CEO and a Creative Director at Storyfarm, a video agency in Baltimore he co-founded in 2009. Prior to that, John was a reporter at WBAL-TV in Baltimore from 2001-2010, where he became the most decorated news reporter in Baltimore history, winning a Peabody Award, a duPont-Columbia Award, a National Emmy Award, a National Edward R Murrow Award and 16 regional Emmys. Born and raised in DC the son of a nuclear arms control negotiator, John has always been interested in public policy. Now, with AI safety concerns looming large, John is starting a podcast called “For Humanity: An AI Safety Podcast”.  The first episode of For Humanity launches today wherever you get your podcasts.
