She is the associate director of Fors Marsh’s Social Listening Lab and leads a team of researchers who deliver timely insights across a diverse array of projects and clients. She is well-versed in applying social listening to decipher complex research topics with sound recommendations. Her experience includes audience segmentation and analysis, persona mapping, implementing reverse engineering of marketing tactics—like search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)—and connecting a variety of data sources to create meaningful insights. Before joining Fors Marsh, Marina led a 5-year social media monitoring contract supporting the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) public health risk communications strategies.
