Michael brings over 20 years of online marketing experience to his role at Havas CX, where he oversees email campaigns in both the B2B and B2C sector for their unique clientele. In 2016, as part of “Data Defeats Truman”, he spoke at SXSW about how the Presidential candidates were using (or misusing) email as a communication chain. His triumphs over inbox placement and email deliverability challenges were highlighted at Litmus Live in 2018. He enjoys the intersection of data, creativity and analytics inherent in each email campaign.
At previous stops including PayPal, the Corporate Executive Board and MedStar Health, he moved the needle with a combination of clarity, creativity and gut instinct.
