Stephanie Glashow is the head of Corporate and Institutional Marketing at Morgan Stanley, and the CMO of Morgan Stanley at Work. She serves as a member of the Wealth Management Division’s Management Committee. Her team’s remit includes marketing for Morgan Stanley’s Workplace, Institutional Consulting, and Family Office businesses. Stephanie has a strong track record in acquiring and developing customer relationships. Her passion is creating strategic narratives that drive and deepen connections across B2B and B2B2C settings.
• Stephanie joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 from Capital One Investing, where she led marketing and brand strategy. From 2004-2015, she held a variety of marketing roles at E*TRADE, including leadership of the long- term investor and equity compensation marketing teams. Her financial services career began at Charles Schwab in San Francisco.
• Stephanie earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan. She lives with her husband and three children in Northern Virginia.
