Roger Hughlett

Roger Hughlett is an accomplished communications professional with more than three decades of experience in journalism and public relations. Most recently, he served as Director of Corporate Communications for the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), an international technology trade association, for seven years. Before joining CompTIA, Roger served as Communications Director for the Wireless Infrastructure Association, a trade association representing the companies that own and operate the nation’s critical mobile communications networks. Roger spent nearly two decades in journalism as an editor, technology reporter and executive producer with a variety of print and digital publications including the Washington Business Journal and the Baltimore Business Journal, both part of American City Business Journals (ACBJ). As a journalist, he received numerous awards for his work from professional organizations including the Maryland-Delaware-DC Press Association, the Society of Business Editors and Writers, and the Virginia Press Association.
